Do your power tools come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Vertex Power Tools come with a minimum 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Some premium models may include extended 3-year protection.
What is your return policy for home improvement equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused tools in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, gas-powered equipment cannot be returned once fuel has been added.
Are batteries and chargers included with cordless tools?
Product listings marked as 'Kit' include the battery and charger. Items marked as 'Tool Only' or 'Bare Tool' are sold without batteries for customers who already own compatible Vertex power systems.
Which payment methods do you accept?
