At Vertex Power Tools, we stand behind the durability and performance of our equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your professional standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the power tool is cleaned and secured in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective guards.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
